Refunds We offer a full refund on our products and services within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at issue.info@edublink.co within 7 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase. We will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving your request.
Cancellations You may cancel your purchase at any time before the start date of the course. If you cancel before the start date, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after the start date, we will prorate the refund based on the number of classes remaining.
Exceptions We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any products or services that have already been provided, including but not limited to access to course materials, assessments, or certificates of completion.
Payment Disputes If you dispute the payment with your credit card company or bank, we reserve the right to cancel your access to our products and services until the dispute is resolved.
